This role requires a proactive professional skilled in analyzing existing business workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing efficient, streamlined processes. You will collaborate virtually with clients to implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis of current state operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
- Design future state processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop implementation plans and manage the rollout of new processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements.
- Train client teams on new processes and best practices.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business process re-engineering, operations management, or consulting.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
