About the Role

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Management Consultant to drive Business Transformation initiatives for clients nationwide, operating from a fully remote capacity. You will work closely with executive teams remotely, developing strategic roadmaps and leading the implementation of transformative changes. The ideal candidate is a change agent with extensive experience in transformation projects and a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment, serving clients across Mpumalanga and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive business transformation programs.
• Analyze current business processes, organizational structures, and technology landscapes to identify areas for transformation.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for change initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong track record in business transformation or change management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects in diverse organizational settings.
