Remote Management Consultant - Organisational Design

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
• Design and recommend optimal organizational models that support strategic goals and operational efficiency.
• Develop frameworks for talent management, performance management, and reward systems that align with the organizational design.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new organizational structures and ways of working.
• Facilitate remote workshops and consultations with leadership and employee groups to gather input and drive consensus.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational design, change management, or HR consulting.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational structures for various business contexts.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management principles, and HR best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a remote context.
