About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Remote Management Consultant specializing in Organizational Design to join their fully remote advisory practice. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at structuring organizations for optimal performance, agility, and employee engagement. You will partner with clients to redesign their organizational charts, define roles and responsibilities, and align structures with strategic objectives. The position requires a deep understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and the ability to drive impactful transformations in a distributed work setting, making it a key role for organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on assessing and redesigning organizational structures for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop talent and workforce strategies, including role definition, spans of control, and career pathing.
• Design governance models and decision-making frameworks that align with client strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews virtually to gather insights and build consensus.
• Develop implementation plans for organizational change, managing communication and change management processes remotely.
• Provide expertise on best practices in organizational design , talent management, and change leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting or internal organizational development, with a focus on design.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational design and transformation projects.
• Expertise in organizational theory, change management, and talent strategy frameworks.
• Excellent virtual facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an autonomous, fully remote work environment.
