This fully remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in organizational development and change management from anywhere, collaborating virtually with diverse clients. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing organizational structures, identify areas for improvement, and design optimal organizational models.
• Develop strategies for effective change management, workforce planning, and talent deployment.
• Facilitate remote workshops and stakeholder consultations to gather insights and build consensus on organizational changes.
• Design and implement talent management frameworks, performance management systems, and reward structures.
• Advise clients on best practices for fostering agile work environments, collaboration, and employee engagement across distributed teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational design, change management, or HR consulting.
• Proven ability to diagnose organizational issues and design effective structural and process solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern organizational theories, agile methodologies, and HR best practices.
• Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering impactful organizational strategies.
