About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Management Consultant specializing in Strategy & Transformation to join their distributed team, serving clients nationwide from a remote-first setup. This role is critical for guiding organizations through complex strategic shifts and digital transformations. You will work with C-suite executives and project teams to devise and implement impactful strategies that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth, regardless of geographical boundaries. This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the challenge of tackling significant business problems for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on strategy formulation and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and organizational diagnostics.
• Develop robust strategic plans, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for clients.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure buy-in and effective change management.
• Advise clients on digital adoption, operational efficiency, and organizational restructuring for future readiness.
• Mentor and guide client teams and junior consultants in a remote collaboration setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in management consulting , strategy, or transformation roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale strategic transformation projects.
• Expertise in strategic planning frameworks, business process re-engineering, and change management methodologies.
• Exceptional virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) highly desirable.
