About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Remote Manufacturing Process Analyst to support their operations remotely.
This role focuses on analyzing manufacturing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve process efficiency and product quality across various facilities, including their Randburg site.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics.
• Collaborate virtually with plant managers, engineers, and production staff to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Recommend process optimizations and efficiency improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing operations.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting for decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate results clearly in a remote setting.
