Key Responsibilities • Analyze manufacturing process data remotely to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization. • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes. • Provide remote technical guidance and support to production teams and engineers. • Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality. • Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions on process improvements and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process changes.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process improvement, optimization, or engineering. • Proven ability to analyze and improve complex manufacturing processes. • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. • Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with proficiency in virtual meeting tools. • Experience with data analysis and process modeling software.
