About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Manufacturing Systems Analyst to join their distributed operations team.

You will work remotely, collaborating closely with on-site teams to analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities • Analyze the performance and effectiveness of existing manufacturing systems , including MES, ERP integrations, and data acquisition systems. • Identify system inefficiencies, data integrity issues, and opportunities for process automation or enhancement. • Develop and implement solutions to optimize system workflows, improve data reporting accuracy, and streamline operational processes. • Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing systems, working with on-site IT and operations staff. • Document system configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures for manufacturing systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new system implementations or upgrades.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on manufacturing environments . • In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP systems, and industrial automation technologies. • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights. • Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Proficiency in system troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment. • A relevant degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
