Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers in a remote setting, providing technical guidance and strategic direction. • Oversee the entire mechanical design process, from concept generation to detailed design, validation, and product release. • Establish and enforce design standards, best practices, and quality control measures for all mechanical projects. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, R&D, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, materials, and design methodologies relevant to our client's goals. • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure successful project completion and delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. • 12+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role. • Proven experience in managing and motivating remote engineering teams . • Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE tools and a deep understanding of simulation techniques. • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, essential for remote collaboration.
