Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and analyze mechanical components and systems utilizing CAD software and simulation tools. • Collaborate remotely with product managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications. • Perform detailed engineering calculations, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis, to ensure design integrity. • Generate comprehensive documentation, including detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical reports, for remote access and review. • Troubleshoot design issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance product performance and manufacturability. • Participate actively in virtual design reviews and project status meetings, ensuring clear and concise communication.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis. • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation tools (FEA/CFD). • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development lifecycles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role. • Proven ability to manage workload and deliver results independently in a remote setting.
