Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop novel mechanical systems and product prototypes, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies.
• Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and technical analyses to assess the viability of new product ideas.
• Utilize advanced 3D modeling and simulation software to create detailed designs and predict performance under various conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and manufacturing engineers, using digital collaboration tools.
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including reports, schematics, and intellectual property disclosures.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and market trends relevant to mechanical engineering and product innovation.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven track record of innovation, with experience in conceptual design and new product introduction.
• Expertise in 3D CAD modeling (e.g., Fusion 360, Onshape) and simulation tools.
• Exceptional ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in remote setting.
• Strong understanding of materials, thermodynamics, and mechanical system dynamics.
