Key Responsibilities
• Perform advanced structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis on mechanical systems using FEA and other simulation software.
• Develop and validate analytical models to predict system behavior under various operating conditions.
• Interpret simulation results and generate comprehensive reports with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with design engineers to implement design improvements based on analytical findings.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of analytical methodologies and tools.
• Troubleshoot complex system performance issues through analytical investigation.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related analytical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical system analysis and simulation.
• Expertise in industry-standard FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS) and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of solid mechanics, material science, and thermodynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for a remote role.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex analysis projects concurrently.
