Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical subsystems for robotic platforms, including actuators, end-effectors, and structural components.
• Integrate mechanical components with electrical, control, and software systems in a robotics context.
• Perform detailed mechanical analysis (e.g., stress, dynamics, thermal) using FEA and other simulation tools.
• Develop and manage system requirements, ensuring all mechanical designs meet performance specifications.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of robotic mechanical systems.
• Collaborate effectively with a distributed, remote engineering team across various disciplines.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Robotics.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and systems engineering, with a strong focus on robotics .
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software and mechanical simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
• Experience with robot kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects in a remote work setting.
