Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess skin conditions, discuss aesthetic goals, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care for various aesthetic procedures.
• Troubleshoot patient concerns and provide follow-up support through virtual channels.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, laser technology, and telemedicine best practices.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in developing and refining virtual consultation protocols and patient education materials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's remote aesthetic service offerings.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Aesthetician, or equivalent healthcare professional with a focus on aesthetics.
• Current certification and extensive experience in operating various laser and energy-based devices (e.g., IPL, Alexandrite, Diode, Fractional Lasers).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, with a strong understanding of skin physiology and conditions.
• Proficiency in conducting remote patient assessments and consultations using telemedicine platforms.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and platforms.
