Key Responsibilities

• Analyze metallurgical test data and plant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mineral processing and metallurgy, with a strong understanding of comminution, flotation, and leaching circuits.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and develop data-driven solutions.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across different time zones.
• Proficiency with metallurgical simulation and modeling software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
