The Opportunity: Exciting opportunities exist for Goldfields‑Esperance locals to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team, in various Utilities role, on a Drive‑in‑Drive‑Out roster.

We have Full Time and Casual opportunities across various areas or departments in the remote mining village such as: • Housekeeping and Village Cleaning Attendants • Grounds Utilities • Mine Site Cleaners • Retail and Tavern Utilities To be Considered: • Must be local to Goldfields‑Esperance region • Must have reliable vehicle for Drive‑in‑Drive‑Out roster • Must be Reliable and Motivated to work 10–12‑hour shifts in harsh conditions • Previous hospitality and/or cleaning experience and ability to work in a team • Be willing to undertake and pass pre‑employment medical and Laboratory Drug and Alcohol Test • Australian Driver's License - ESSENTIAL • Full Working rights in Australia - ESSENTIAL • Police Clearance (not older than 12 Months)- ESSENTIAL • Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) training and certification - Highly Regarded • Approved Managers Card - Highly Regarded • Forklift Ticket - Highly Regarded Why Join ISS?

Reporting to the onsite Department Supervisors, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the Village, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
