Operating entirely remotely, you will be responsible for originating, processing, and closing mortgage loans, guiding clients through every step of the financing process. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage loan applications through various channels, including referrals and networking.
• Advise potential borrowers on loan programs, interest rates, and terms, ensuring suitability.
• Collect and analyze borrower financial documentation to assess creditworthiness and eligibility.
• Manage the loan pipeline, ensuring timely submission, processing, and closing of loans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and company policies.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar lending role.
• Deep understanding of mortgage lending principles, FHA, VA, conventional, and other loan products.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with mortgage origination software and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Must possess required NMLS licensing and relevant certifications.
