Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote expert support for the installation and configuration of network hardware, including routers, switches, and access points.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide remote solutions to field teams.
• Document installation processes, network diagrams, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base enhancement.
• Stay abreast of the latest networking technologies and installation techniques to provide informed guidance.
• Ensure all installations align with security protocols and client network architecture requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network infrastructure installation or support.
• Strong understanding of network topologies, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware.
• Proficiency with network diagnostic tools and remote access software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote technical guidance.
• Ability to interpret network diagrams and technical documentation.
