Key Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.

• Assist in the planning and deployment of network infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams and configuration guides.
• Provide technical support to end-users and internal IT staff for network-related problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network administration or a related IT infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing, and switching.
• Experience with remote network management tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and network security best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong capacity for independent work.
