Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote guidance and support for the installation and configuration of network hardware and software.

• Document all installation procedures, troubleshooting steps, and client interactions accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Technician , Network Engineer, or in a similar role with a focus on installation and support.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), hardware (routers, switches), and wireless technologies.
• Proficiency in using remote access and network diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide non-technical users.
• Must be able to work effectively from a remote location with reliable internet access.
