About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Online Course Instructor to develop and deliver engaging content for their expanding suite of online courses, servicing students primarily in the Richards Bay region and beyond. This role involves creating high-quality educational materials, facilitating online discussions, and assessing student work to ensure a positive and effective learning experience. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from your preferred location while contributing significantly to our client's educational mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online course content, including modules, assignments, and assessments.
• Deliver instruction and facilitate online discussions and forums to foster student engagement and learning.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments, quizzes, and projects.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual support to help students succeed.
• Update course materials regularly to reflect current industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure course quality and alignment with learning objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant academic field.
• Proven experience in teaching or online course delivery .
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage learners remotely.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging educational content.
