Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a geographically dispersed operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement remote operational policies and best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across the remote team and with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management , with at least 3 years managing remote teams.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a virtual environment.
• Strong understanding of remote work best practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software and virtual collaboration platforms.
