About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process optimization .
• Develop and implement strategies for waste reduction, cost savings, and improved workflow efficiency.
• Utilize simulation software and analytical tools to model and test process improvements before implementation.
• Collaborate closely with on-site operational teams via virtual communication channels to ensure successful project execution.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and best practice guides.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of implemented changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations optimization , process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
• Experience with simulation software and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
