About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Remote Partnership Development Manager to build and nurture collaborations with key organizations and stakeholders. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while focusing on expanding our reach and impact, particularly in regions like the Northern Cape .

You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, developing mutually beneficial agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to achieve program objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator, an excellent communicator, and has a strong understanding of partnership frameworks within the non-profit or social impact sector.

Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with organizational goals. • Develop and execute strategies for building and strengthening partnerships. • Negotiate partnership agreements, outlining roles, responsibilities, and expected outcomes. • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. • Coordinate joint initiatives and projects with partners to maximize collective impact. • Monitor partnership performance against agreed-upon metrics and objectives. • Represent the organization in external forums and build our network of collaborators. • Prepare reports on partnership development activities and their impact.
