Remote Partnerships Manager - Charity

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic international charity focused on humanitarian aid, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Partnerships Manager to join their global team. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other non-profit organizations to advance our client's mission. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional networking and negotiation skills, who can build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse geographical locations and organizational cultures. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's reach and impact through mutually beneficial collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other NGOs globally.
• Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with organizational goals and values.
• Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and successful collaboration.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships and funding.
• Represent the organization at virtual and, occasionally, in-person industry events and conferences.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing complex partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing compelling proposals and presentations.
• Strong understanding of the global non-profit landscape and funding streams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
