For a global payroll transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced Process Design Support professional with strong expertise in payroll operations, HR processes, and payroll implementation projects.
The role focuses on supporting the implementation across the Baltic countries and requires the ability to bridge business requirements, local payroll regulations, and system configuration. Design, document, and optimise payroll processes in alignment with global standards and local legislative requirements.
Act as functional subject matter expert for payroll processes throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ensure that system configuration accurately reflects business requirements and local payroll needs. Support the adaptation of global payroll processes to local requirements while maintaining standardisation.
