Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze performance data from athletes using various tracking technologies and software.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards for coaches and athletes.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends that impact athletic outcomes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to coaches for training programs, strategy adjustments, and injury prevention.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in sports science, analytics tools, and athletic performance research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a performance analyst, ideally within professional or elite athletics .
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of physiological principles and biomechanical analysis related to sports performance.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
