You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex performance data from various sources, providing actionable recommendations to coaches and athletes to enhance their competitive edge. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of sports science principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and analyze performance data from training sessions, competitions, and biometric monitoring using specialized software.

• Develop detailed reports and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to coaching staff and athletes.

• Identify areas for improvement in athlete technique, strategy, and physical conditioning based on data analysis.

• Collaborate remotely with coaches and sports scientists to develop tailored performance enhancement plans.

• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies in sports analytics and performance science.

• Ensure data integrity and security, maintaining confidential athlete information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Performance Analyst or similar role in elite sports environments.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and performance analysis tools (e.g., Catapult, Hudl).

• Deep understanding of sports science principles, biomechanics, and physiological data interpretation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.

• Master's degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Data Science, or a related field.
