About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Remote Pharmaceutical Medical Writer to create clear, concise, and scientifically accurate documents for regulatory, clinical, and educational purposes. Working independently from a remote location, you will play a crucial role in translating complex scientific and clinical data into high-quality documents such as clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals with exceptional writing skills, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical science, and the ability to manage multiple writing projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Author, edit, and review a variety of medical and scientific documents, including protocols, investigator brochures, CSRs, and manuscripts.
• Ensure all documents are scientifically accurate, adhere to regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH), and meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (e.g., physicians, scientists, regulatory professionals) to gather information and ensure document accuracy.
• Manage document development timelines, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality medical writing outputs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of therapeutic areas and relevant scientific literature.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of medical writing templates and processes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in authoring various types of regulatory and clinical documents.
• Excellent command of English language, grammar, and style, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex scientific and clinical data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for thriving in a remote setting.
