Remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects within the pharmaceutical development lifecycle. Operating entirely from a remote location, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among remote team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or Business Administration.
• PMP certification is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes, from R&D to regulatory submission and commercialization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, with demonstrated success in managing remote teams.
