Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or Business Administration. • PMP certification is highly desirable. • 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. • Demonstrated success in managing complex drug development or R&D projects. • Experience with project management software and tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
