About the Role

You will be responsible for implementing and managing precision agriculture tools and techniques, such as GPS, GIS, drone technology, and data analytics, to optimize farm operations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage precision agriculture programs for clients, utilizing data from various sources.

• Analyze data from sensors, drones, satellite imagery, and farm management software to provide actionable insights.

• Develop strategies for optimized application of fertilizers, pesticides, and water based on detailed field analysis.

• Provide remote technical support and training to farmers and farm managers on precision agriculture technologies.

• Evaluate and recommend new precision agriculture tools and technologies to enhance farm operations.

• Monitor the effectiveness of precision agriculture interventions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Precision Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in the application of precision agriculture techniques and technologies.

• Proficiency with GIS software, GPS technology, drone operation, and data analysis tools.

• Strong understanding of crop physiology, soil science, and agronomic principles.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a remote setting.
