About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide junior research scientists and engineers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research innovations into practical applications.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in AI research.
• Design and execute research experiments, analyze results, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Present research proposals and findings to internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to the intellectual property of the company through patents and publications.
• Foster a culture of innovation and scientific rigor within the research team.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of relevant research experience post-Ph.D., with a significant publication record in top AI venues.
• Deep theoretical understanding and practical expertise in areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative models, NLP, or computer vision.
• Proven ability to lead complex research projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote research environment.
