Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior finance roles, including CFOs, Finance Directors, and Controllers.

• Utilize advanced search methodologies to identify and engage top-tier passive candidates worldwide.
• Mentor and coach a team of remote finance recruitment consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus and proven success in executive finance recruitment.
• Demonstrated track record of building and managing successful client relationships in the finance industry.
