Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize chemical formulations and synthesis routes.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to determine optimal process parameters and product characteristics.
• Collaborate closely with remote R&D teams, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless process transfer.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and prepare comprehensive technical reports for project stakeholders.
• Ensure all research and development activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental standards .

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process development, formulation, or synthetic chemistry within the chemical industry.
• Proven ability to design and conduct complex experiments and analyze results effectively.
• Experience with various analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, NMR, Mass Spectrometry).
• Strong understanding of chemical process scale‑up principles and manufacturing challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment .
