About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Remote Process Improvement Engineer to join their distributed operations team.

You will work independently from your remote location, collaborating virtually with site managers and operational teams to implement best practices and drive significant cost savings and productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth analysis of industrial processes and operational workflows from a remote location, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Develop, document, and present comprehensive process improvement strategies and implementation plans. • Utilize simulation software and data analytics tools to model process changes and forecast their impact. • Collaborate closely with on-site teams through virtual channels to guide the implementation of recommended changes. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements. • Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity in a remote context.

Requirements • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or a similar analytical role. • Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. • Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Strong remote communication, collaboration, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of success in a remote work environment.
