Key Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies using process modeling and simulation techniques.
• Design and test advanced process control (APC) systems to improve stability and performance.
• Collaborate virtually with on-site operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process changes.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to management and technical teams.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in process optimization and chemical engineering.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on optimization and control.
• Demonstrated experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Pro/II) and statistical analysis tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote work environment .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems and industrial automation platforms is a plus.
