About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement data, including spend, supplier performance, and market trends, to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key procurement metrics and KPIs.

• Support the procurement team in strategic sourcing activities, including market research and supplier evaluation.

• Assist in the negotiation process by providing relevant data and analysis.

• Monitor contract compliance and identify potential risks or areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers virtually to gather information and support procurement objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a quantitative field.

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement analysis, data analysis, or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

• Excellent understanding of procurement processes and terminology.
