Remote Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote Procurement Specialist to join their expanding global team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts for various goods and services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier identification, and RFx management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value and mitigate risks.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a remote setting.
