Key Responsibilities

• Remotely supervise and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met.

• Provide clear direction and support to on-site production teams through effective communication channels.
• Conduct remote quality assurance checks and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are communicated and adhered to by on-site staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production supervision or management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams remotely using digital communication tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes , quality control, and lean principles.
• Proficiency in production management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
