Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute production strategies to meet volume, quality, and cost objectives. • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resource utilization across multiple sites. • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency and identify areas for improvement. • Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings. • Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and teams through effective virtual communication and leadership. • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated success in improving production efficiency, quality, and cost control. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills. • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams remotely, fostering a productive and engaged workforce. • Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing and operational excellence principles.
