About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Production Scheduler to manage production timelines and resource allocation for their manufacturing operations. This fully remote position requires excellent planning skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various internal teams and external suppliers. You will be responsible for developing detailed production schedules that optimize efficiency, minimize lead times, and ensure on-time delivery of products. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules using ERP/MRP systems .

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and production flow.

• Analyze production capacity and constraints to create realistic and achievable schedules.

• Monitor production progress against schedules and implement adjustments as needed.

• Communicate schedule changes and potential delays proactively to all relevant stakeholders.

• Optimize schedules to balance workload, minimize setup times, and maximize throughput.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP software and advanced spreadsheet skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
