Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules and workflows to meet demand and quality targets. • Supervise and guide remote production teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve performance goals. • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs for team members. • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control standards across all production processes. • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely material availability.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles. • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills , with a proven ability to manage remote teams effectively. • Proficiency in using production management software and remote collaboration tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address production challenges proactively. • A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
