Remote Production Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Production Supervisor to oversee and manage manufacturing operations from a remote setting. This pivotal role involves coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control standards are met, and optimizing workflow efficiency across distributed teams. You will be instrumental in driving productivity and maintaining high output levels while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules and workflows to meet demand and quality targets.
• Supervise and guide remote production teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs for team members.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control standards across all production processes.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely material availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills , with a proven ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using production management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address production challenges proactively.
• A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
