Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional roles, including business support, administration, management, and specialized functions, entirely remotely. • Utilize a variety of digital sourcing methods, including advanced boolean searches, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct comprehensive virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and cultural alignment with client organizations. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for various industries and roles to support ongoing client requirements. • Partner effectively with hiring managers through digital communication channels to understand needs, provide market insights, and guide the recruitment process. • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, maintaining professional communication at all stages.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist , with substantial experience working in a remote or hybrid capacity. • Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting for a diverse range of professional roles across different industries. • Excellent virtual communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other digital recruitment tools. • Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and the ability to manage workload effectively in a remote setting. • A keen understanding of talent market dynamics and effective candidate engagement strategies.
