Our client is seeking a highly organized and driven Remote Program Coordinator to manage and execute key community development initiatives from anywhere in South Africa . This role is essential for driving positive change by overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects that aim to uplift and empower communities. You will collaborate with a dispersed team, engage with community stakeholders online, and ensure programs meet their objectives and are delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and successful completion of community development programs.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for remote initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and community members online.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation tools to track program progress and impact.
  • Create reports on program activities, outcomes, and challenges for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Public Administration, or Sociology.
