About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Social Work, Education, Community Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, youth work, or community development.
• Proven ability to manage projects and programs in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing youth, particularly in the Eastern Cape.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Effective virtual communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young people.
• Proficiency with project management software, virtual meeting tools, and online collaboration platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
