Requirements • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred. • 10+ years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-project programs. • Extensive experience managing remote teams and utilizing virtual collaboration and project management tools. • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and complex stakeholder relationships.
