About the Role Our client, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through education and skills development, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Remote Program Officer - Youth Development .

This fully remote position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and expansion of our youth-focused programs, ensuring they meet the needs of young people in the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of youth development programs, ensuring effective and efficient delivery. • Develop and implement program activities, workshops, and events tailored to youth engagement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, schools, and youth organizations in the Eastern Cape. • Monitor program progress, collect feedback, and contribute to evaluation reports to assess impact and identify areas for enhancement. • Assist in the development of program materials, curricula, and outreach strategies. • Manage program budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact.
