About the Role Our client, a nationally recognized charitable organization , is seeking a dedicated Remote Program Support Specialist to join their team, supporting operations across various regions, including Port Elizabeth .

This fully remote position is crucial for providing essential administrative and logistical support to our program teams, ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives aimed at community betterment.

You will be instrumental in managing program documentation, coordinating virtual meetings, and assisting with communication across dispersed teams and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to program managers and teams working remotely. • Manage program-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility on shared platforms. • Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions. • Assist with the preparation of program reports, presentations, and communications. • Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries, responding promptly and professionally. • Support the onboarding process for new program staff and volunteers in a remote setting.

Requirements • Proven experience in administrative support, program assistance, or a similar role, preferably within a remote setting. • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently. • Familiarity with the charity sector or non-profit operations is a plus. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
